Job Summary: - This position is primarily responsible for general physical warehouse duties in addition to clerical inventory and paperwork processes. Responsibilities: - General warehouse duties including receiving and storing materials, in addition to maintaining a clean work area. - Receive, load, and unload flooring and other products in the warehouse - Cut and stage flooring material for the day(s) installs - Organize receiving information for inventory control records - Operate warehouse equipment including forklift - Other warehouse duties as assigned Job Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Ability to lift 50-75 pounds - Effective oral and written communication skills - Strong customer service and organizational skills - Team player/customer focused - Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred Pay Grade: $15-$17 / Hourly (M-F) + $500 Bonus, Generous PTO, and Full Benefits including 401(k) with company match. *Note: Employment in this role is contingent on passing a background check, pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
