TWO Paint Project Managers Wanted! Tenhulzen Painting & Construction Partners has been in operation since the early 2000’s. We are looking to bring on two experienced individuals as Paint Project Managers. These positions will require the following: - Driver’s license and reliable transportation – English Fluency (Spanish is a plus) – Eligible to work in US – Ability to pass Background check AND a driving record check (you will be issued a company van) - At least 8 years’ experience in the paint industry with at least 2 years project management experience or similar - Broad-range knowledge of best practice application techniques and tools currently used in the industry - Standard comprehension of bidding, pricing and supplying for projects - Meticulous attention to detail and quality - Practical OSHA safety knowledge and ability to assist Project managers in implementing company safety Policies - Leadership skills: Our Project managers lead from the field by confirming the scope of work, assuring all materials have been ordered and delivered before Jobsite arrival, guiding their team in the execution of the work, and touching base with the client throughout the project to make sure they are happy and satisfied with the work done. - Strong Character: the actions and attitudes of our employees directly reflect our company as a whole.
