Seeking self motivated, eager to learn labor help for Construction Company that specializes in new construction. Duties would include jobsite clean up and organizing, trash loading, and moving materials. Also, for the more advanced employee, door hanging, trouble shooting and general handyman skills will be needed. Skills will be taught and larger tools provided to teach how to hang doors, basic framing, and troubleshooting all stages of construction. Great opportunity for a person to get into the ground level and learn hands on with a top quality construction company that builds 15-20 townhomes, single family and multifamily units per year. Occasionally, there are remodel projects thrown in that will require a full set of skills. Motivated, self driven, able to follow instruction, and the ability to bring new and different ideas to a situation are all positive attributes. The applicant must be motivated, have reliable transportation, non smoker, punctual and able to follow directions. Must be comfortable with working without constant guidance. Basic hand tools are required to start. Sick and Safe Time and Family Leave are included. Full time employee needed. Most of the work is in the North Seattle area with a few projects down toward South Seattle. Please consider that when thinking of your daily commute.
