Established residential deck builder is looking for a labor position. Looking for a motivated individual that can lift and carry heavy materials and work outside in the elements. Construction experience is a plus but not a requirement. I'm willing to train a person that has good communication skills and is willing and wanting to learn. -Must have valid drivers license and transportation -Organization skills is a plus -Work on ladders and elevations
