Pfizer took no USA money to create it. Sorry." Yet another Trump hater. President Trump had EVERYTHING to do with fast-tracking this Covid drug! You say "Pfizer took no U.S. money"? Yet hundreds of millions of doses procured in prepaid contracts. (I call that a LOT of U.S. dollars) (don't forget, Pfizer IS an American company) On average, it takes at least ten years for a new medicine to complete the journey from initial discovery to the marketplace, with clinical trials alone taking six to seven years on average. The average cost to research and develop each successful drug is estimated to be $2.6 billion. The only reason the U.K. was able to fast-track it was because they got out of the European union. Something Biden thinks was a bad idea.
