I'm in need of someone with extensive remodel/carpentry experience. The scope of knowledge needed is tile, trim work, flooring, sheetrock, framing, paint, demo, and every other aspect of residential remodel and renovation. I don't expect you to be a badass at every single aspect of this job, but you do need to be really good at most all of them. We do quality work, and I need to be able to count on you being able to uphold that quality threshold. I would like for you to have at least your own hand tools. Transportation is a must. Must look presentable and know how to act/speak when around customers. Your time will be split working with other people and also working by yourself. I must be able to count on your getting work done without me having to micromanage or hold your hand. Pay will reflect what your experience level is, as I am not a cheapskate. If you don't know what you say you do, you won't last long, I can assure you that. Be what you say you are, and I have enough work to keep you busy all the time. Overtime is possible.
