Installation Superintendent / Supervisor

The largest Denver based Architectural Products and Skylight manufacturer is looking for an energetic and experienced Superintendent/Supervisor for its installation crews. Pay is dependent on your skills and experience. Essential Functions and Responsibilities (not limited to): -Visit jobsites, schedule installs, coordinate, troubleshoot issues, supervise crews, lead multiple crews on larger projects, etc. -Locations: 90% in Colorado, 10% out-of-state -Document progress, reports, etc. -Monitor, update, work in general with Project Stream software -Monitor crews for safety procedure compliance -Full time, year-round work Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (not limited to): -A valid and clean DRIVERS LICENSE is a must with no DUIs within the last 5 years. And must be able to be insured by our insurance carrier -Can pass a background test -Good knowledge in Construction, Windows, Door, Commercial Glass & Glazing, Storefront, Curtainwall, Glaziers, Skylights or equal -Ability to climb and work in elevated/high locations (i.e. on roofs) -Knows tools, lifts, scaffolding, roofing, safety protocols, etc. Required Education and Experience: -5 years minimum Construction experience is required in Windows, Commercial windows, Curtainwall or Skylights or similar Apply for this position by submitting the following information (use reply button on upper left): -Cover Letter -Resume with full employment history -Salary requirements
