The position of Receiving Specialist requires a person who has a definite attention to detail and organization. Accurately be able to maneuver through multiple systems and ordering platforms used at TGORV. Communicate with customers on a daily basis on status of parts orders. Also deliver a lever of customer service that is consistent with the standards at TGORV. As a part of our pre-employment process, applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.Key Responsibilities:This position reports to the Parts ManagerReceive all parts ordered for TGORV customers and work order customers within 24 hoursOrganization of work order parts for units received from vendorsOrganization of retail customer partsCommunicate with retail customers that their parts have arrived and are available for pick up Ownership of inventory controlProperly receive parts within the work order based off of PO created when the part was orderedEnsure all parts are tagged and labeled with either price tag provided from NTP, label generated from our label maker or tagged with customer work order and last nameEnsure all parts received are communicated to parts manager, service manager, and service advisorsMake sure all parts received are taken to their assigned location and not left in bays and out on the floor Advocate for timely placement of partsDaily ownership of parts on hand as it relates to aging Answer phone calls with the level of customer service required at TGORVCommunicate with back office for accounts payables off of PO’s from our vendorsOther Duties as assignedJob Requirements:Excellent communication skillsAbility to life up to 75 poundsDedicated and organized Please apply online with The Great Outdoors RV at:
