Employed HSU grad seeking housing after June 1

Hello, I am a recent graduate of HSU who works at a laboratory in Arcata where I earn a steady income of ~ $2000 per month. I am currently renting a house until May 31, after which I will be looking for housing. I will gladly sign an agreement well before the move-in date. I would prefer a month-to-month or six month lease instead of a year-long commitment, because I may need to move should a better job opportunity arise. I am clean, respectful, and have no pets. Looking for either a one-bedroom apt. or a private room in a house. If you or someone you know has a property and needs a tenant starting June 1, let me know! Thank you!
