Burlington Students Win 15 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards

BURLINGTON, MA — Eight Burlington students won 15 Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, Burlington Public Schools announced Friday. Burlington's Gold Key, Silver Key and honorable mention winners were selected from over 8,000 submissions in the two categories. Gold Key winning works will be exhibited in the Massachusetts Scholastic Art and Writing Awards regional online exhibition and are now in the national competition. Navya Garg, an 11th grade student, won Gold Key awards in writing and photography and 10th grade student Anna Perl won a Gold Key award in the drawing and illustration category.
