I am looking to put together a cover band that plays content similar to what you'd hear on Sirius XM's "Ozzy's Boneyard" https://xmplaylist.com/station/ozzysboneyard Please do not answer this ad if you want to play classic rock or hair metal. Please do not answer this ad if you want to do metal versions of pop songs. Please do not answer this ad if you are looking for a working standard covers gig. Not looking to gig every weekend, so if you are in a band already that's fine. This could be a good opportunity for you to find like minded musicians who want to play songs that you cant play in your working cover band. I've tried this band before and it failed because we felt we had to compromise the material because we couldnt find a singer that could sing it (Queensryche, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Rainbow) I would like to put together a band consisting of myself (bass/keyboards) plus two competent lead guitarists and a drummer, get songs tight, put out a demo video looking for a talented vocalist that can handle all the material. I have a huge rig that consists of 4 and 5 string basses, a 4x12 cabinet, 88 key workstation keyboard, midi pedal keyboard, keyboard amp and a van to transport it all. With that said, please have working gear that can get louder than a hard hitting drummer, dont show up with a practice amp.
