We are an extremely busy Property Management Company and General Contractor in search a experienced qualified reliable HVAC Contractor. We currently manage and perform work on 1000+ properties in the Baltimore Metro area. We are looking for labor only, we pay for all materials and have a Master HVAC License. Work Performed *Service calls *New installs *Boiler repair and installs Requirements *Must have Journeyman License or approved equivalent knowledge and experience. *Must have at least 5+ years verifiable experience. *Must have own tools. *Must have own reliable van/truck. *Must have insurance---We are happy to help obtain insurance.
