Looking for handyman

I’m looking for a handyman to help with various jobs around the house. Work we’re looking to have done within the next year or so includes: 1) kitchen sink installation 2) tear out cabinet in laundry room and replace tile underneath 3) replace outdoor tile 4) powerwash concrete patio 5) replace/repaint fascia 6) take a look at ceiling stains for possible leak source, and fix 7) fix bathroom sink 8) fix tile mortar gaps in showers 9) outdoor masonry (for example, brick planters on patio) 10) etc. If you’re handy and would be interested in chatting about any or all of these, please be in touch. We had a guy who helped us renovate a room, and he did fantastic work, but he’s now supervising a large construction project elsewhere in the Valley. So, back to the drawing board. We’d probably pay $20+ per hour for someone we feel we can trust and depend on. Feel free to call or email. Will probably conduct a background check, so just be honest please about anything in your background that would be helpful for us to know. We also have a room with a private bathroom for rent and would be willing to exchange rent for handyman services.
