From the Town of Brookfield: February 17, 2021 Out of an abundance of caution for safety on the roads and at our Brookfield Vaccine Clinics we have decided to reschedule the clinic scheduled for Thursday the 18th. All Thursday Appointments will be moved to Saturday 2/20/21 at the Brookfield Senior Center. Your original appointment time is the scheduled time for you to come to the clinic on Saturday. You do not need to make any appointment changes on VAMS. There is no way for your appointment time to be changed. The Health Department will take care of all rescheduling so please just come on Saturday at the same time you had an appointment for on Thursday.
