POSITION: PROGRAM DIRECTOR/ REGISTERED DIETICIAN (BI-LINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH PREFERRED) PROGRAM: WOMEN, INFANTS & CHILDREN SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION PROGRAM (WIC) A PROGRAM OF COMMUNITY BRIDGES Community Bridges envisions a thriving community where every person has the opportunity to unleash their full potential. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision of the CEO, develops, directs, and evaluates all elements of the Women, Infants and Children Program, including the overall organization, coordination, supervision, advocacy, fiscal control, and assessment and interpretation of participant eligibility, development of nutrition and breastfeeding education services or activities, by leading and training of all WIC Staff; performs related work as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: M.A./M.S. in Nutrition or Dietetics and Food Administration, or related fieldExperience with grant writing & reportingExperience developing new program services and securing fundingRATE OF PAY AND HOURS: This is a regular, exempt, full-time, 40-hour/week position; hours may vary. The agency rate of pay range for this position is $70,886-$98,654 (plus a $0.40/hour bilingual differential upon passing the bilingual test administered through the HR department). Regular onsite attendance is required of this position. BENEFITS: For employee: shared cost medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & Employee Assistance Program. This benefit package is valued at $9,485.04. First year: 16 vacation days and 10 holidays, with accrual based on 40 hr/wk. Sick leave: Eight hours/month, with accrual based on 40 hr/wk.May be eligible to earn up to 4 Wellness Floaters per year after satisfying all eligibility requirements.401(k) Retirement Plan: Agency matches employee contribution up to 4% of annual salary upon completion of six-month employment, effective during open enrollment period.Flexible Spending Account (FSA).Dependent Care Reimbursement Program.Paid lunch.
