VHAC Enterprises is a family owned and operated tableware company in the beautiful town of Sierra Madre, doing business as Vagabond House and Arthur Court. We are currently looking for WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEES to support our team in the shipping department; somebody who likes to works independently but understands that he/she is part of a greater whole. We've been in business for over 30 years, we pay reliably and always on time. Some of our employees have been with us since we first opened our doors. ***FULL-TIME / PART-TIME AVAILABLE*** Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial; but everything can be learned. WAREHOUSE WORKER - JOB DUTIES: - male / female / transgender - • Pulling and Packing of Orders. • Keeps track of and fills in order related paperwork. • Prepares orders to go out correctly, double-checking article codes and quantities. • Helps unload container deliveries. • Transports pallets with pallet jack. • General maintenance within the warehouse. • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area. • Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests when needed. • Contributes to team effort. Warehouse Worker Skills and Qualifications: Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Data Entry Skills, Dependability WE ARE EXCITED TO MEET YOU! *** Warehouse hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This includes two 15 minute breaks (one in the morning, one in the afternoon) and a 30 minute lunch break. *** The employer is compliant with Covid-19 guidelines.
