What can you expect from Sullivan’s Charcuterie Workshop? During this workshop, I will instruct you on how to build beautifully delicious charcuterie and cheese boards from home. You will learn what the meaning of charcuterie is and where it came from. I will teach you how to grocery shop for supplies, what surfaces you can use for displays, how to select cheeses and meats, cheese carving techniques and meat folds. You will see tutorials, receive tips and tricks, be able to ask questions. It will be a 8x8 box for two for an after dinner snack or carry to lunch the next day. All supplies will be provided. You will only need to bring your wine and a glass! All restaurant COVID safe procedures will be enforced during this workshop. Please bring your masks.
