Hello. My property was damaged. It is a bike. Nationwide is asking for a receipt for the bike which i dont have. I bought it from someone. I dont have receipt for the upgrades. They are asking for clear pictures of the damage. I did send very clear pictures! The damage is quite obvious.
I get the feeling they don't want to replace the bike or reimburse me because i see no diligence at all. Rigmarole
