Hoboken Says You Can Park On Emergency Routes Again As Snow Ends

HOBOKEN, NJ — After Hoboken asked residents to move their cars from emergency routes on Thursday morning in advance of a two-day snowstorm, the city said cars could go back to parking on those streets as of 7 p.m. Friday (following parking rules, of course). The forecast Meanwhile, the National Weather Service issued a special weather statement warning that due to light snow overnight and icy conditions, roads to could be slippery in the morning. "Recent snowfall has resulted in wet surfaces and with temperatures expected to continue to drop below freezing overnight, slippery and potentially icy conditions will be possible on untreatedsurfaces through the morning commute," they noted.
