Currently recruiting for PROPERTY PRESERVATION vendors - We are looking for vendors in the San Antonio & Corpus Christi areas. Must be able to obtain and pass a BACKGROUND CHECK and be INSURED (or willing to obtain the necessary insurance). Property preservation experience is preferred. Work orders generally consist of: - lock changes - debris removal - trash haul off - grass cuts - winterizations - general maintenance and repairs You MUST have all of your own TOOLS, TRUCK and TRAILER. You MUST have an active email address and a SMART PHONE. This is a 10-99 subcontractor position.
