Drummer looking for a good band

I'm an experienced drummer. Just turned 40. I've played in lots of bands and can play pretty decent. I have 2 cool drum kits. I'm open to different styles but I'm a rock guy at heart. However if the band is good I'm down for just about anything. What I'm looking for... I would prefer a good cover band. One that picks songs that will get people dancing. I would like to make some money doing it too. Hopefully you have a practice space where I can leave a drum kit set up or you have one there? What I don't want. Micromanagers trying to boss me around and sucking the joy out of the experience. I'm a big kid at heart and I play for the fun of it as well as to make a little extra cash. Work together, be a team, and respect one another.
