Join the Joliet Area Historical Museum's Virtual History Series as we present Live As Brothers Or Perish As Fools: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Civil Rights Movement in Joliet, 1950-1980. This Virtual History Program will be accompanied by memories, reflection and commentary from special guests: Congresswoman Lucy McBath, Congressman Bill Foster, and Mike Clark - President, Joliet Branch NAACP and Chairman, AABA. This virtual program will be on Zoom and is FREE and open to the public, though registration is limited and required.
