Grand Canyon Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to fulfill the position of a Porter. Candidates must be professional, and be committed to provide an outstanding customer experience. Candidates must also have a clean driving record, positive attitude, and a passion for the Harley-Davidson brand. Essential Functions: • Greet and assist customers when they enter the service area. • Operate the company vehicle with, and without, the trailer. • Assist with delivery of inventory from other dealers, or distribution. • Maintains communication to General Manager, or Sales Managers. • Occasionally makes deliveries for other departments. • Act as an Ambassador for the dealership, and the Harley-Davidson brand. Job Specifications Physical and Mental Demands: • Frequently moves motorcycles weighing greater than 500 to 950 lbs. • Frequently loads and unloads vehicles for delivery between stores, or to a designated location. • Maintain cleanliness of Dealership, clean showroom and bikes when needed. • Occasionally move or transport objects that weigh > 50 lbs. • Assist Service department with cleaning of bikes and shop area. Working Conditions: • Constantly exposed to loud noises, fumes, and other toxic chemicals. • Frequently work near moving mechanical parts.   Position Requirements: • High school diploma, or equivalent; • Maintain a valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement preferred, and clean driving record.
