Tomato Fest Sale! The place to find unique varieties of organic, local grown, heirloom tomato + basil transplants + supplies for success! Join us for the 2nd Annual Tomato Fest Sale! Your one-stop pop up shop for the best organic local grown heirloom tomato + basil transplants. Why? I 'm a master gardener with years of experience growing here in the Valley. I'm originally from New England and missed the tomatoes of my youth. Safe to say I tried and failed growing here in the low desert miserably at first. Gradually I sorted it out and have cultivated an obsession with heirlooms, trying as many varieties as possible that will thrive here. While you may not find the the exact tomato you loved growing up, you're sure to find a variety like a meaty Brandywine or luscious Carbon to fill the void. Then there's the basil. They're excellent companions for your tomatoes and bring lasting color, scent, culinary flavor and shade to the garden during the long hot summer. Another Why? You'll find many tomato and basil varieties that you won’t see at other nurseries. These are grown from seeds passed on through the generations. This means they’re rich in taste, crazy colorful on the vine and serve a specific culinary purpose (like paste for sauce, meaty slices for sandwiches or sweet pops of flavor in a salad). One-stop shop to buy organic, local grown, heirloom tomato and basil transplants, amendments, soil, compost and pots for sale When: Friday, Feb 26 – Sunday, Feb 28, 2021 Times: Friday 1:00 – 5:00 pm, Saturday + Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Where: Ahwatukee area at my little haus on the lake. Pre-sale will open on Saturday, Feb 20 at 9:00 am. MST through Thursday, Feb 25 at Noon MST. This way you can be sure to get what you want early.
