ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police released its latest arrest information. Here is information from the reports: Drugs Hannah Ahn, 22, of Lombard, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Monday at Roosevelt and York on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance (two counts), unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended license. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail. DUI Colleen Lively, 51, of Franklin Park, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Monday on charges of DUI (drugs) and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on bond. According to a police report, she was found slumped in a car outside CVS Pharmacy, 110 W. North Ave.Lisett Hernandez, 21, of Cicero, was arrested about 8 p.m. Tuesday at Kenmore and St. Charles on charges of DUI, no valid driver's license, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on bond.Juan Poe, 43, of Chicago, was arrested shortly before 3 a.m. Wednesday at North and Highland on charges of DUI, illegal transportation of marijuana by a driver, improper lane usage and failure to signal when changing lanes. He was released on bond. Warrant George Azo, 33, of Chicago, was arrested about 10 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of North York on a DuPage County Sheriff's Office warrant and a violation of an order of protection. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, the person he was ordered to stay away from was the driver of the car he was in. Driving violations Vasilika Damo, 59, of Lombard, was cited about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Route 83 and St. Charles on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and disobeying a traffic control device. She was released on bond. Roberto Duran-Diaz, 38, of Chicago, was cited shortly before midnight Tuesday at Lake and York on charges of possession of marijuana by a driver and improper display of registration. He was released on bond. Khang Tran, 24, of Worth, was cited shortly before midnight Tuesday at Roosevelt and York on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. He was released on bond. Robert N. Barber, 42, of Glendale Heights, was cited at noon Wednesday at North and York on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt. He was released on bond. Nubia Juarez, 29, of Chicago, was cited at midnight Wednesday at St. Charles and York on charges of possession of marijuana by a driver and speeding. In the stop, Elora Kozil, 25, of Chicago, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana by a passenger. They were released on bond. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
