Press release from Ramsey County: February 18, 2021 Traffic is currently reduced to one lane in each direction on Rice Street between Ivy and Cottage avenues in Saint Paul. Traffic is shifted to the east half of the bridge. Please follow the posted signs. The west half of the bridge is closed for further inspection and maintenance following a fire below the bridge. Initial inspections found the bridge is structurally sound. The lane reductions will remain in place until further notice. This press release was produced by Ramsey County.
