We're Looking For Good, Honest People To Join Our Team. We currently have an open position for a part time office assistant or helper. The position will be part-time, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, Monday through Thursday with flexibility to work more hours when needed. The position requires the employee to assist in correspondence with clients, job site managers, and company personnel. Additional responsibilities consist of assisting in scheduling & management of job-site workload, processing invoices as assigned, assisting in bid proposal preparation as assigned, resolve administrative problems, general office clerical work, etc. The ideal candidate will be energetic and will have strong communication skills. Must have a good contact phone number.
