-There is a 90 day probation period for new employees ****Please bring a copy of current Driver's license and a current DMV Print out of driving history What is a Roll off Driver job, duties, requirements, and expectations: *Clean driving record *Being able to lift up to (75) pounds (no past injuries that will complicate your well being) *Ability to operate and/or use, hydraulic winch/cable, safety chains, ratchet straps, Bobcat skid steer & Excavators. Will train if needed. *All who are offered employment must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting date, including Motor Vehicle Driving History, Criminal Background Check, Employment Verification. *Flexible to work overtime due to business needs *Must be punctual with a positive attitude, reliable, and work well with others. *Pre-trip at the beginning of the shift (i.e. checking oils levels, condition of the trucks, tire pressure, equipment is all there, submitting all info to management, etc) *Basic math skills *Good communication skills *Communicate with dispatch department throughout the call in order to monitor progress *Ability to drive a manual/automatic transmission vehicle *Customer service skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people *Team player *Have very good knowledge of the San Diego area and freeways *Utilizing radio communications and google maps *Have a sense of urgency *Responsible for following safety policies and procedures, reporting all accidents and injuries immediately to a supervisor, and communicating unsafe situations to supervisor to help prevent accidents. call 76zero 9090278
