Seeking skilled handy person / general contractor for temp gigs

Yard and home project help needed. I'm hoping to find a reliable person for consistent and ongoing yard and handy work (2-3 days a week for the next few weeks or longer). The work is largely skilled-labor-based (odd jobs/house and yard clean up, landscaping, building fences, building walking paths, washing, painting, planting trees, trimming hedges, etc.). Would be best if you have a background in the trades or have done this kind of work before (though a lot can be figured out easily if you’re inquisitive and handy). Please have an abundance of common sense, attention to detail and be incredibly reliable. As a final measure—please, no arguments here–to be considered for this role, you must be respecting all covid-protocols and wear a mask at all times on the property, etc. Timing & days are flexible so it could be a great gig for someone who has a PT job and needs more hours, or has strange days and times available for working. We're pretty flexible and long as it's consistent and focused time for the duration until things are wrapped up. Projects planned: -Build picket fence -Repair picket fence -Build stone walking path around property -prep home exterior to be painted (this will be a little later) -plant and bulb planting -cutting/clearing debris from recent storm Job details: -Must be Washington resident to be considered for this role -Job site is in Milwaukie, OR - must be able to travel here for work -Must have transportation for errands/tasks -No smoking on-site -This is a W-2 part-time employment opportunity. -Hourly rate to be negotiated based on experience If you'd like to be considered for this gig, please send an email with some information about yourself and work experience.
