Shamanic Sound Journey This event is a sacred gathering by which those present will participate in a Shamanic Journey and group soul retrieval through intention setting, sound and vibration. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort as well as anything that you wish to offer to the collective altar. It is recommended to fast or eat light prior to the ceremony but not required. All donations will directly support Four Directions Alchemy.
