Full Job Description : We are growing, despite the current economic conditions and need a parts runner that will safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the needs of team members. Your main focus will be around picking up parts & materials from local businesses. This role is extremely important as many tasks are time sensitive and our productivity can be dependent on your ability to retrieve parts in a safe and timely manner. We will also need help with small handyman duties around the office. Changing bulbs, changing filters, washing down company trucks at a car wash, taking trash out, cleaning windows, painting, making sample boards (tools and material provided), all very simple tasks. Essential job duties include but are not limited to: Practice safe driving skills; Adhere to policies, processes, and procedures. Ability to multi task. An eye for detail, especially when carrying cargo. Able to work without supervision. Available for a broad range of duties. Find the best method for productivity & prioritize best routes to maximize time spent. Able to cope with the physical demands of the job; Offer knowledge and assistance to team members if and when available. Report all incidents and issues immediately to supervisor. Qualifications: Pass a drug test Can not have any DWI charges Must pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation to and from work Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 5 years Valid social security card Hours: Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions available Flexible hours - shifts available Monday thru Friday Compensation: Starting at $12-18 per hour; can provide a vehicle or use your own for higher pay rate. 90 Day probation with evaluation, higher pay for those with proof of broad range of quality work.
