Found: White and Grey Cat off Harlow Rd, Eugene

This cat started appearing around our house a couple weeks ago off of Harlow Road in Eugene. I assumed it was just a neighbors cat but now I am worried he may be lost. He is white with grey patches. He has got thinner and thinner. So I have been setting food out for him when he visits now. And today he let me pet him and seem quite friendly. Please let me know if this is your lost cat.
