"The construction permit is already approved so it shouldn't take long for an inside buildout," said City Council President and District 5 Councilman Jeff Hogg, who confirmed the news to Patch on Friday and made the announcement on Facebook.
The pizza franchise will join a convenience store and liquor store that opened in November, as Patch previously reported.
According to the building permit signage posted at the location, the owner is listed as Zman Pizza Inc., with BG Watkins Construction working as the contractor.
"As this area continues to grow, more and more businesses will be looking this way," Hogg said on Facebook. "This is just part of the many changes you will see in the next few years."
