FOR Energy is hiring!!! We are a licensed contractor, specializing in assisting homeowners become as energy efficient as possible. We are an approved installer with APS and SRP through their Home Performance with Energy Star program. We help customers improve their attic insulation, duct work, and windows. As a growing company we are looking to hire new installers, no experience necessary. FOR Energy Installers Duties: Attic Seal Duct Seal Internal Air Seal Knee Wall Insulation Void Capping Blowing Insulation Strapping up and Rerunning Flex Line Installing New Returns and Supplies Replacing Return Grilles and Supply Registers Experience Needed: Construction experience is helpful but not required (insulation, air conditioning, framework, flooring, industrial cement, roofing etc.). Specific experience in home energy performance is a plus. Positive attitude and outlook - our company culture needs to be reflected in every aspect of the business, especially in the field! Work ethic - must work hard each and every day. Attention to detail. Ability to work in Arizona attic heat for long periods of time. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to use basic construction equipment; drills, circular saws, hammers, tape measure, etc. BPI Training available for highly qualified individuals Additional experience is not required, but is a big bonus and will start you off at a hire pay rate: BPI Energy Auditor, HVAC, framer, Insulation Blower. Minimum Requirements: Must have reliable transportation Able to follow instructions Willing to work Saturdays Must be presentable, willing to pass a background and drug test. Job Type: Full-time 40+ hours a week $13 - $18 an hour depending on experience
