We are looking for a talented Resort Maintenance Engineer! You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. Essential Functions • Responsible for; daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning of the pools, decks and related equipment. • Responsible for repairs, maintenance and cleaning of the Kitchen Equipment / Plumbing tasks. • Responsible for preventive maintenance on all the equipment. • Must be able to track, order and maintain an inventory and needed spare equipment. • Responsibilities may include performing the preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public space as assigned Qualifications • As a resort, we look for flexibility of schedule, must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays • Required to regularly stand; walk, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Knowledge. Must have experience with basic diagnostic devices and training in general-overall mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and kitchen equipment knowledge and the ability to trouble shoot in these principals. • Experience. Must have basic knowledge in the building maintenance fields with a minimum of one (1) year in a similar position or equal experience, specifically using hand tools and other tools to repair and maintain equipment. • HVAC Certification not required, but highly desired Proud EOE
