Missing Chihuahua

Lost dog. I know this is a long shot. My family and I made a hard decision 3 weeks ago to let another family from my son's school foster our 3 year old Chihuahua due to some medical issues I was experiencing during my pregnancy. I've been trying to make contact with this family for the the last 2 weeks and nothing. I ran into the families young daughter at the park and she informed me Lucky was let out by a younger child and they haven't seen him in 2 weeks. I broke down crying. I just hope he's ok. Safe. Warm. If has anyone has seen him please let me know. I will put myself last this time just for him to be safe again. He's a full Chihuahua. The only distinct features he has are a 2 moles on his face and sadly 1 testicle. He went missing near 32nd st and Southern in Mesa
