Headquartered in Everett, Washington with accounts from Blaine to Olympia, we are looking for motivated and quality individuals seeking to learn our trade of backflow and fire sprinkler systems testing and repair. We are hiring for a journeyman to join our growing team! This position will introduce you to learning the service of Wet, Dry and Pre-Action Fire Sprinkler Systems. In addition, you will be educated on cross connection controls (backflow systems) for service and repair. We are looking for someone with the following:  Good mechanical skills, being able to use your hands and solve problems.  Ability to verify system functions by testing fire equipment, ensuring workability of sprinkler and backflow systems. Identifying and correcting problems found as a result of the test.  Maintain electronic records by filing reports with Fire Districts and Third-Party reporting entities.  A willingness to learn on your own or work together on a team.  Your must have an internal drive to want to excel and thrive.  You must be accountable, persistent and have excellent communication skills.  Organizational skills, paying attention to detail and maintaining a professional presentation is a must.  You must be willing to learn, attend classes to obtain licenses and certifications required to work in this field. You must want to commit long term to our company because we will be investing the most valuable commodity we have which is our time and money in you! Requirements:  Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as deemed by our insurance company  Be willing to attend classes to obtain your Washington State Fitters Card.  Be willing to study and take exams to obtain your Nicet License  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
