This is a long-term project and is perfectly legal. No one will be harmed in any way. It is purely the "good" kind of mischief and actually is a bit of a good deed. You must have landscaping skills and a little extra time on your hands to help plan the evil plan. It will be ongoing, over time. You get to be creative and help shape the evil (harmless) plan. The details will be revealed when I select the trustworthy evil landscaper. Perhaps "evil" isn't the right word? Perhaps I'm looking for someone who is "chaotic good"? No, maybe that's not right either, because we will obey all laws and regulations precisely. Perhaps you will be "lawful evil"? I don't know. It's a good deed, but mischievous.
