We are seeking a Customer Service / Counter Sales to become an integral part of our team! This is NOT a commission only position. You will earn an honest hourly wage with overtime. We will take the time to train you from the ground up. Start your career in the swimming pool industry. There is a world of opportunities in this field. Once trained, you will be able to easily handle the following responsibilities: Responsibilities: Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Swimming pool parts knowledge and counter sales experience a plus, but not required. Computer skills are also a plus. Full training and support provided. Benefits include medical insurance and paid vacations and holidays.
