Bath installer with 3-5 years experience with electrical, plumbing, jetted tubs and knowledge of Kohler bath products. • Knowledgeable in removing existing baths and showers in a timely manner. • Skilled in training, mentoring and instructing an assistant. • Outstanding meet and greet skills when engaging with customers. • All installations will be in a manner that complies with the High Standards Kohler represents • Currently have or take the online certification training through Kohler. • Be able to perform the daily tasks and lead your assistant in becoming a journeyman Kohler installer. • Be able to perform the daily tasks and lead Collect any money and get finance paperwork signed on completion of each project as necessary • Comply with all safety practices and equipment • Complete quality control inspection daily Having your own tools & vehicle is a PLUS but not a requirement Job Type: Full-time
