Full Job Description Production/Remanufacturer Job Description Description: The reman/production team is composed of several experts in diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning commercial grade fitness equipment. If you are mechanically inclined, you will really enjoy this position! Diagnose problems and repair malfunctioning exercise equipment in our warehouse. Prepare parts lists for items needed to carry out repairs. Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees. This includes "inter" and "intra" departmental employees. Keep the Production Manager informed as to all pertinent factors affecting the assigned responsibilities, and steps needed to complete. Aptitude for problem solving Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Clean background check and drug screening Performs any other related or unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, unusual or special duty the Production Manager may assign from time to time. Requirements: Applicant MUST be able to work both independently, and as part of a team. Will be expected to have own tools, (will be given time to achieve) Experience: 2+ years of mechanical, remanufacturing, or service industry experience. Those with detailing or auto body/painting experience urged to apply. Other Requirements: Ability to team lift up to 150 pounds at times during the workday. Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, squat, lift etc.. for 8 hours Must be a legal US Citizen, and able to read and write in English, HOWEVER, Bilingual - English/Spanish a huge PLUS!
