Licensed general contractor building 3 homes looking for an experienced, Reliable, and reasonable crew to lathe and plaster. Three homes are ready to wrap next week if available. All 3 homes are the same floor plan: single story, 1908sf + 400sf garage. We will use a 1-coat acrylic stucco system with medium finish. All 3 homes are next to each other in West Sac and ready to go next week. Great opportunity for a crew to keep them busy for awhile There will be a 4th home in a few months from now This is a labor only job. I will buy all the materials (from Sacramento Stucco) and you provide the labor and knowledge to get the job done right Must be licensed and carry insurance Send a brief email describing your experience and include pictures of prior jobs. Qualified candidates will meet me this weekend or Monday morning to see the jobsite in person
