Pay scale for starting pay is $15 to $18 per hour with an opportunity for $20 per hour for that special person with experience and commitment. You must be highly committed to SAFETY, perfect ATTENDANCE at previous jobs/school, understand how important URGENCY is to operations, care about other TEAMATES and the COMPANY, attention to high QUALITY work, hold yourself ACCOUNTABLE and others around you, willing to live the company CULTURE for LEAN/SAFETY/PROFITABILITY. Load builder position requires someone who primarily assembles customer orders using a forklift. Helps load customers by hand for customer service calls.
