Although Webformix does not currently have any open positions, we are collecting resumes for our installer position for when an opening is available. Webformix is a locally owned and operated Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) based out of Bend, Oregon. We service Bend, Redmond, Prineville, Madras, Powell Butte, Juniper Acres, Crooked River Ranch, Three Rivers, Culver, Terrebonne, Sisters and other outlying areas. Job Position: Wireless Internet Service Field Installer Job Description: Must visit new and existing customer sites across Central Oregon to install and/or repair wireless internet service equipment. Some consulting for client’s home networks. This is a full time position. Minimum Job Requirements: - 2 years working experience - Must be comfortable, personable, and professional while interacting with customers. - Must have some construction experience. Should be handy with tools, power tools, and have the ability to work in/on customer’s homes in a professional manner. Must be comfortable with heights, and working on roofs in all weather conditions. - Strong work ethic. - Must have basic computer and networking skills. Must have a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking with computers and home routers. Must have basic internet troubleshooting skills. - Responsible driving record. - Ability to lift 50lbs. Other useful, but not necessary skills: - Knowledge of the Central Oregon area, and its buttes and mountains. - Tower climbing experience - Willingness to work on weekends if necessary - Previous experience with a Wireless Internet Provider
