Title: Returns Clerk Status: Full-Time, Hourly Hours: 7am – 3pm, Monday thru Friday Blackstone Audio, the largest independent producer of audio books in the United States, is seeking a team member for our Returns Department, to assist in handling and coordinating materials arriving daily in a warehouse setting. Job Duties *Sort and deliver materials shipped to Blackstone daily *Determine condition of damaged or returned products, categorize accordingly *Palletize and organize large volume of product in a clear and practical manner *Learn in house inventory system for record keeping *Retrieve products for other departments when needed *Product documentation and inventory control Job requirements ** Forklift Experience REQUIRED *Positive attitude, able to work well with others *Active personality, able to move throughout the day *Ability to lift 50+ lbs. throughout the day *Work either sitting down or standing up for long periods of time *Excellent attention to detail *Flexible and able to respond to directional changes with ease *Basic computer knowledge, knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus *Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations *Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ---------------------------- Title: Retail Production Team member - Shipper Hours: Monday - Friday; 7AM to 3PM Description: As a Retail Production Shipper, you will examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy. You will record shipment data such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes. Primary Responsibilities: • Pulling orders in a timely manner • Working with a team to complete daily orders and tasks • Using accounting software to process orders and locate product • Packing, sealing and labeling or affixing postage to prepare orders for shipping through UPS, USPS & FedEx • Using hand tools, power tools or postage meter • Count Inventory • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the warehouse Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • Basic computer knowledge, knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus • Knowledge of common Warehouse procedures • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and take initiative within task assignments • Able to adapt to quickly shifting priorities and deadlines • Ability to meet attendance guidelines --------------------------- Title: Retail Production Team Member Hours: Saturday thru Wednesday, 7am to 3pm Status: Full-time: hourly Description: The Retail Production Team Member will ensure the quality of the assembled finished product. Primary Responsibilities: • Assembly of CD audio books o Inserting CD’s into cardstock sleeves o Taking together outside boxes o Inserting cardstock sleeves with discs into outside box • Quality Control to ensure complete and correct discs are in each finished box. • Shrink wrapping finished document • Upkeep and organization of Retail #6 area Qualifications • Strong attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment • Ability to meet attendance guidelines Please respond to this via email with attached resume.
