Sales Representative- Hiring Immediately. NO experience needed. We will train you with our sales representative training program! We certainly would love to talk if you are interested in getting into any of the following: sales, sales consulting, sales calls, outside sales, sales representative, phone sales, territory sales, customer service, and more. We have had a great experience with our sales team when we've hired people with NO sales, sales consulting, or outside experience at all too. We would love to hire someone with customer service skills, customer service management, or customer service call center experience too. Our sales rep training works so well. We simply need a happy, outgoing person and we can help you with the rest. Sales Efforts: Following up on 20-30 leads a week generated by our marketing efforts Meeting with mostly residential clients to provide estimates and follow up on service Following processes for generating customer referrals Generate your own leads using our sales processes and following up on those leads Expected to generate a minimum $350,000 in business first 1-2 years- the average is $600k Commercial and Residential clients, PLUS several services we offer, all lead to great commissions Compensation: Base pay + Commission Paid Time Off Vacation Pay Sick Pay Company Vehicle and Gas Card The average first year will be between $50,000 to $65,000 or more depending on your efforts About our Company: Great fun but very professional - great balance and great culture Owners are very hardworking and employee focused The team will fight to create a tremendous opportunity for your success.
