We are looking for a hands-on foreman to be responsible for the installation of the company’s waterproofing and foundation repair products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations. Our foreman work hard and get rewarded with excellent pay (50-60,000/year) after training which would be paid hourly ($16-18) depending on experience. Some travel is required. A valid driver’s license is required and the ability to pass a DOT physical. Northern States Basement Systems is the region’s most highly regarded waterproofing, foundation repair and basement finishing contractor. Job Duties include: Performs a variety of tasks involving physical labor at project sites, utilizing hand and power tools and other equipment. Frequent: Must be able to perform manual labor consisting of lifting & carrying 10-50 lbs, bending, and working at ground level in all types of weather. Crouching, reaching above & below shoulder level, stooping and walking. Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs, moving the whole body, such as standing, climbing, bending, lifting, balancing, and handling of materials, equipment and tools. Exposed to loud noises.
