Billing & Accounts Receivable Clerk We are a family owned and operated fast growing company looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who will showcase their proficiency in data entry and willingness to learn new programs quickly. This role is full-time, in-office and will start out Monday thru Saturday. Start time 7-8am until finished depending on daily demand. Once trained regular work days will be Tuesday thru Saturday. Duties include but not limited to: • Process daily invoices/credit • Upload invoices to customer portals • Respond to customer inquiries on account including requests for statements of account, invoice copies, confirmations of payments received, etc. • Post cash receipts to customer accounts and reconcile batches daily including incoming ACH payments, wire transfers and journal entries. • Research potential cash misapplications Skills needed: • Positive attitude • Strong organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request • Respectful approach to customers and coworkers • Strong familiarity with data entry (10-key & typing) • Proficient with Microsoft office programs with an emphasis on Excel and use keyboard shortcuts. • Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal • Thrive working under tight deadlines with minimal supervision • Clerical tasks including: o Operating multiline phone system, copying, filing, faxing, scanning, document preparation, and etc. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year of accounts receivable as listed above and prior experience working in ERPs • Must pass pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) and will be enrolled in company’s random drug testing consortium. • Flexible hours and ability to work overtime as needed Benefits: • $500 signing bonus o $200 after first 60 days o $300 at the end of 6 months • Annual attendance bonus o $1000 at each yearly anniversary with no absences/tardiness/disciplinary action • Bi-weekly bonus o $50 on every bi-weekly check ($1300 possible annually) when no absences/tardiness/disciplinary action are incurred • 100% paid Medical, Dental, Vision o 50% paid for all dependents • Health flexible spending account • 401(k) with matching up to 4% • Paid holidays after 6 months • Paid vacation after 1 year • Life insurance • Employee discount on products
