Description
Property Management Company is seeking a Part Time - Temporary General Maintenance Tech, skilled with light plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, sheetrock repairs and overall general repairs. Position will likely progress to full-time permanent employment based on skill level.
The Maintenance Technician will turn over vacant rental properties in addition to completing service calls on occupied houses.
Applicants must be honest and efficient, have excellent communication skill (verbal, written, digital), pick up truck, valid Nevada driver's license, basic tools, smartphone with camera, email, text, etc.
Chosen applicants will receive $22.00 per hour and non-taxable automobile and phone allowances each pay period.
