Be part of our maintenance team! Continental Management is looking to hire a full time maintenance supervisor for a high-rise community located in Detroit, MI. We are seeking a candidate with high-rise maintenance experience. Skills to include plumbing, electrical, boiler HVAC, and light carpentry. Responsibilities include supervise and lead maintenance and janitorial team, scheduling preventative maintenance, insuring service requests are completed timely, unit turns and training. This position requires Emergency On-Call duty in rotation with maintenance team. Wages are based on candidate's experience and skill level to the position.
